Meetings are the core of Gamblers Anonymous and we have meetings every day of the week throughout England, Wales and Ulster. Pathological or compulsive gambling can take a toll on the user's health, work, or relationships, but these treatments can help. A trip to the casino or race track may be just an afternoon of. The Board's Office of Compulsive and Problem Gambling works diligently to provide assistance to individuals who are unable to keep their gambling at a responsible level. The Brief Biosocial Gambling Screen (BBGS). A 3-item survey designed to help people decide on their own whether to seek a formal evaluation of their gambling behavior.

DSM-5 Addictive Gambling Criteria. The American Psychiatric Association guidelines used for the medical diagnosis of addictive gambling.
